Contents of the Mapper3a overlay Cathdral.MP3

The location of all the Anglican cathedrals in England and
Wales, together with the ancient Scottish cathedrals. Roman
Catholic cathredrals have been omitted because they would,
in many cases coincide with the Anglican one.

The reference field includes the approximate date of building
or when the church became a cathedral.

Additionally, the dedication of the cathedral is included in an 
extra field which can be viewed by using "DATA" or "JBDATA".
